I highly recommend the entire ALTERECO company. In Silesia, no one can believe that he is going to heat the house with wood chips and the house is very warm, the fuel costs are lower than with coal. I recommend and am glad that there is a company that cares about the customer’s wallet to heat the house cheaply.

Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in the assembly and first start-up of the ALTERECO boiler. The gentlemen fitters showed full professionalism. After installing the boiler, which surprised me a lot, they even checked and adjusted the chimney draft to the installed boiler. The approach to the customer, the quality of assembly and service, as well as the subsequent conversation with the customer could learn from ALTERECO other companies. It’s a pity that I didn’t record a video, it would be great material, what professional boiler assembly and customer service should look like. Congratulations and wish you as many satisfied customers as possible.

Great boilers!!! There are no problems with the service, because the failure rate is negligible. Very professional advice. The gentlemen from the company are very professional and always willing to advise. as befits a major manufacturer of boilers. One of the few manufacturers whose 5th class boiler is a 5th class boiler and ecodesign is actually ecodesign – not like others only on paper. So don’t worry about documentation for funding!!! A boiler worth its price. I heat the water and the house practically for free! I RECOMMEND!!!!

What is wood chip? It is shredded wood in the form of small pieces. It is produced from wood waste generated in wood processing facilities.
Why is wood chip the best fuel? Wood chips from deciduous trees have a calorific value of around 16 kJ/kg but are priced lower than other fuels, including pellets.
